Kamila has been with the company since it started, working her way through almost every department to gain a comprehensive understanding of the full operation – and making her an invaluable member of the team!
Consistent with the Charles Roc ethos of staff development, Kamila’s promotion to her current role places her in an area that she loves and in which she excels. She’s responsible for everything the firm purchases, keeping a close eye on everyone’s expenses and making sure we spend smartly. This attention to financial detail and control ensures that we’re able to provide our services equally as cost-efficiently, giving our clients a first-class service at a competitive price.
Kamila also uses her business acumen to develop commercial opportunities within the housekeeping, pest control and maintenance fields.
Although she adores being in the hotel environment, in her free time you’ll rarely catch Kamila indoors. She’s a huge fan of being outdoors in the fresh air with her family, taking part in dynamic activities such as canoeing. On rainy days you’re more likely to find her in a museums though – possibly researching hotels though the ages!
